AutoCAD Free Download
AutoCAD's object-oriented approach, built-in parametric modeling tools, and user-friendly user interface (UI) are among the reasons it is the worldwide market leader. AutoCAD's advanced features are complemented by its integration with other Autodesk product lines.
AutoCAD was the first such CAD program to be available on personal computers and is the most popular software product in Autodesk's portfolio. The company's other products include the 3D design software AutoCAD LT, the product-design app AutoCAD 360, and the 3D printing app SolidWorks.
Origins
AutoCAD originated at a time when CAD was a primarily industrial design software for use in the aerospace industry, mechanical design, engineering and architecture industries, such as NASA, Boeing, and Intel.
Although similar to earlier product CAD systems, such as MicroStation from Micrografx, AutoCAD debuted with a fundamentally different approach.
In the 1960s and 1970s, industrial designers working on new products and architectural concepts were being offered a bewildering array of CAD software products that all did essentially the same thing, and which were used by a similarly bewildering array of CAD users. None of the CAD systems provided tools for any one user to work with the drafting and design data created by anyone else on the team.
Since the intended audience for CAD programs was people who already had a significant amount of CAD training and experience, there was a natural push for the CAD system to be the tool for users. That drove most of the development on early CAD software to focus on the needs of users, and not so much on providing the features necessary to make it useful to designers.

In 2013 Autodesk, Inc. launched a partnership with Amazon Web Services to allow users to access Autodesk products and services on the Amazon cloud through the AWS Marketplace.

Autodesk Exchange Apps
The Application Store consists of over 120 freeware and shareware applications for AutoCAD, which are available for download in the Mac, PC and Linux versions of Autodesk's AutoCAD and AutoCAD LT software. These apps are available for both Autodesk AutoCAD and AutoCAD LT. The developer of the App Store licensees the rights to distribute the applications.

Is there a way to call a C# method from a javascript file?
The C# method is related to configuration and requires an authentication token.
How can I call this method from a view?

As far as I'm aware you can't call a.NET method from the front end, and that will be coming from the server-side.
You could potentially render the configuration data as a partial view on the server, and then call the method to return the data, but you would need to ensure that the method doesn't modify any server-side objects.
