🌹 Basic Method of User Research 🌹

User Research is about who the user is, what they do, how they do, and what they love doing. To know the user, there are a few ways that can be used which are an interview, observing them, and mediated group discussion in a focus group. While conducting user research, there are a few things to keep in mind:
User interview: select the target user wisely, promote storytelling to allow them to share their experience, document the interview via video or pictures.
Focus Group: have a group of participants relevant to the product, get an active moderator, have a script and document in videos.
Online Survey: let the user know the purpose of the survey, keep the questionnaire short and brief, and email the surveys.
Contextual Inquiry: Observe user working at his or her workplace in scenarios and natural environment, probe user thoughts.
