Access cards, uniform and parking

At the start of any new year, it is always useful to try and refocus on some key things and, at Britannica, this week, we have been having reminding students and staff of the high expectations that we have in all areas of school life.
As part of the school community, we, naturally, also have high expectations of and for our parents!
With this in mind, I would like to remind all families that they need to bring their access cards should they wish to enter the school site. It is crucial to the safety of everyone at the school that only those who should be able to access the site do access the site. Please do not expect the security guards to provide this service.

We have been working hard this week to address the few students who are not following the uniform code properly. Your support in ensuring they have the correct uniform is most appreciated.

It is also important that we have consideration for our neighbours around the school site. There has been a noticeable improvement this academic year to date, so please do continue to park carefully and not block peoples drives and garages.
