Students and educators who have a current student, teacher or instructor license will be able to continue to use their licensed software until the date of discontinuation, after which we will be offering a full refund. After that date, we will be offering a refund for licenses purchased by individual individuals.
This is because we have seen a reduction in uptake in the number of new users who are enrolling as students or educators.
We are offering this notice now as part of the process we have undertaken to streamline our product portfolio. The University of Auckland is ending its collaboration with Autodesk to distribute this product.
It is not possible to predict with certainty what will happen to these licenses or to Autodesk products after the date of discontinuation. We recommend that you review your license agreements and the terms of your Education and Training policies.
The University of Auckland will continue to support you with continuing education and training, and the University of Auckland will continue to support the teaching and learning activities of its students, and it will continue to support the research activities of its researchers, academics and staff in collaboration with Autodesk.

How do I access the course content on the Autodesk website?
There are two ways to access course content.

Students
As a student, you can access the following content
Official Autodesk course videos from your study plan
Official tutorials and e-learning resources from your study plan
Official project files that you upload to the course page
Official course certificates and log-in credentials
Certificates and certificates of completion from the AEC industry
Access to other Autodesk course content
As a student, you will have your own login credentials, which allow you to access the official content on the Autodesk website.
You will be able to access your credentials by going to the login page, and following the prompts to login.
