In 2009, Bosharov signed a recording contract with PolyGram Records to release 12 vinyl records, 24 DVD's, and a live DVD, "Live at Symphony Hall!". This release featured live performances with the London Philharmonic and the Royal Philharmy Dance Ensemble, performed by Boshirian in his regular role as cellist. Since then Boshart has gone on to perform with several world premieres, most notably at the Arena di Milano in Milan where Boshi was the guest cellist in a performance for the 'Il Ballo della Mia Pelle' at the stadium's main dome. He also performed at the Cannes Festival in France and the Vancouver City Council Opera House.
Singles and EPs
"We Say" was released on March 22, 2006 under Slim Shady Records. This has been described as a "Lowbrow blended dark funk/dark electro/pop anthem" by Allmusic. Similarly, "Her Majesty's Corte of Silence" was described as 'a truly unanimous hit' by Pitchfork, with "AllMusic" offering a succinct summation: "Her messy, forgettable but exciting and smartly arranged blend of quartet...instrumental and noisy singles."
In 2006, Bashirov was asked about representing a "cosmopolitan country music" by the "New York Times", and responded with a vocal selection from the video "The Very Good I Want to Get You Here." "New Musical Express" described it as Boshirov's "most moving vocal piece yet...an all-consuming spiritual meditation".
