Hi, this wakelet was created to not only provide me with a means to analyse my skills at this current moment, but also help me with building up how to get to my chosen career path which will be seen within the Wakelet.
Within my time at University i have been consistently struggling with the thought of what chosen career path i want to go into.  This has been a big concern for me, and made me question whether i was picking the right course for me. This made me take the active approach of self direct learning(Knowles, 1975, cited in Cazan and stan, 2015) which is taking your own initiative in learning.  I decided that with my love for sports (mmu basketball), and my passion for business i can combine both for a role in Sports administration.

In order to find out my current skills, and psychological traits i decided to do some self assessments on my career Hub. I decided to use the template of Johari Window before the taking of these assessment to see if i can match it to my assessments.
