Laura Boicea - Romania
In this project I chose to work with first grade pupils. With every new task, they would say something like: “This is the coolest activity so far!” They were enthusiastic whenever we tried something new. Coming from different social backgrounds, and due to their young age, for some of the kids in the project it was an opportunity to use computers for the first time in their lives. So they loved every occasion that brought them closer to IT devices, whether it meant designing wordclouds, uploading pictures, playing online games or simply entering twinspace. It was a pleasure both for the new-learners but also for the more “experienced” who enjoyed helping their classmates.
