We’re excited to announce a highly anticipated update to Wakelet that brings a whole new layer of elegant organization to your collections. From today, you can use “Sections” across all layouts, making your collections more sophisticated and easier to navigate!

At Wakelet, we enjoy helping you bring order to chaos, and today’s update is the perfect example of this
With sections now available in all layouts, you can:
- Create natural breaks within your collections to improve comprehension
- Add visual cues for question, topic, or resource progression
- Maintain structure when switching layouts, keeping your collections fluid and dynamic
What’s New
The update allows you to add sections into any layout on Wakelet. Sections will automatically turn into columns when the “Column” layout is chosen.
We’ve also improved the Columns layout by making columns centre-aligned. This improves the visuals of your collections and makes better use of available space.
Thanks to your feedback, you’ll now have the ability to add items anywhere within Column layout for maximum customization. Previously, content could only be added to the top of a column.
Sections in Action
The addition of “Sections” to your Wakelet collections opens up a whole heap of new opportunities. You’ll no longer need to add artificial sections or breaks in your collections through images or text – simply add a section and move on to the next piece of content.
