Cathie Murphy
@CathieMurphy639I'm a retired teach. I spent 21 years in the classroom of both private and public schools. My best experience was in private schools where the students were eager to learn. It was fun. I have coached volleyball, basketball and track and field and I've also lead an high school organization for over six years called FBLA, or Future Business Leaders of America. I'm leaving some of the work up here on Wakelet. Feel free to use it if it helps you in the classroom. I taught computers and technology so many of my examples are up here. I left many of the projects that my students did. I hope you enjoy searching through things that might help you in the classroom. I'm still updating my page with things that interest me and keep me occupied. I am now change the focus of my career and spend my time reading and writing. My major interest is in crime and police work. I'm always amazed at how police use evidence to hunt down criminals. The stories I write are fictional, mostly writing about Irish characters. Being Irish and fascinated with Ireland and my heritage, I've learned a lot about my ancestors and their struggles for freedom. Please check out my blog for updates on my writing. Though I still haven't found a literary agent, I'm still not giving up. God willing, I know that things will change.@cathiemurphy639 has not made any collections public yet.
