David Kirichenko
@KirichenkoDavid Kirichenko is a Ukrainian-American freelance journalist, researcher and Eastern Europe expert. He is an Associate Research Fellow at the Henry Jackson Society, a London-based think tank. David speaks English, Spanish, Russian and Ukrainian. He has traveled to nearly thirty countries and has lived in regions such as the Caribbean, Europe and North America. His work has been featured in Atlantic Council, Center for European Policy Analysis, Center for Maritime Strategy, CNBC, Foreign Policy, Harvard Ukrainian Research Institute, Irregular Warfare Center, Lawfare, Modern Warfare Institute, New York Post, POLITICO Europe, TechCrunch, The Economist, The Kyiv Independent, The National Interest, among many others. In February 2024, Kirichenko produced a report that gave insight into the world's first cyber war in a paper entitled "Lessons from the First Cyberwar: How Supporting Ukraine on the Digital Battlefield Can Help Improve the UK’s Online Resilience."
