I'm a T44 100m and 200m Athlete for Great Britain and 7 x European Medalist.  I was previously a hockey player for Wales when I got inspired to take up para-athletics in 2012.  From then my life changed forever and I got to live my dream as being a full time athlete.  I went to Rio and came 5th in both the 100 and 200m and now am fully focussed on my dream of getting to Tokyo and bringing home a medal or two! I have a passion for sport and want to help inspire the next generation to get involved in sport, whether that be competitive or recreationally.  Sport is a huge part of my life and I feel it has brought me so much both physically and mentally and I feel it has the power to change and enhance others too.
