Robert Mayfield is a high school teacher and Teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA) for Professional Development at Ripon High School in California. He also serves as an EdTech and Lead Cohort Instructor at Teachers College of San Joaquin, where he mentors preservice teachers and supports their clinical practice.

An educator for over 20 years, Robert holds a Master of Education in Educational Technology and Lesson Design. He specializes in instructional coaching, tech integration, and student-centered learning design. He leads sitewide professional development, facilitates peer observation initiatives, and supports districtwide innovation.

Robert is an active presenter at state and regional conferences including Spring CUE, Fall CUE, and EduGrowth, and currently serves as Outreach and Events Lead for Central California CUE.
