Sophie is a strategic consultant, UX designer, service designer and user researcher. When she's not working on products and services, she teaches UX, user research and product management.
She is the Director and Principal Consultant at Baguette UX, a UX design Consultancy based in London, UK which she founded in 2012 to offer her strategic and design services world-wide.
She also provides her user research and training services through Ezenka, a research consultancy and training provider based in Galway, Ireland which she founded in 2019 to offer her services to EU-based clients.
