Northern Star Lending LLC is owned entirely by the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin, a federally recognised sovereign American Indian tribe. We give loans to appropriate consumers regardless of their credit records in order to support them when they are most in need. We adhere to all applicable tribal and federal laws, including the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Equal Credit Reporting Act, Truth in Lending Act, Electronic Funds Transfer Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Menominee Tribal Consumer Financial Services Regulation.
