@jessiesmithusaKAT, also known as <a href="https://www.creativepixelmag.com/kickass-proxy-sites-to-unblock-the-kickass-torrent-website/" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">Kickass Torrents</a>, was a tremendously well-known peer-to-peer file sharing network that was forced to shut down in 2016. Since then, it has been difficult to locate a Kickass proxy that lasts for longer than a few months. Although downloading torrent files is not unlawful in and of itself, the US government's decision to take the domain was based on the vast number of copyright-protected files that were being shared on the website.
