In order to update your QuickBooks and payroll tax table without any obstacle, move forward with the following solutions- 
SOLUTION 1: Open Internet Explorer to Check the Settings
Go to Internet Explorer and tap ‘Tools’ to open ‘Internet Options’. 
Move to the ‘Security’ tab to choose the ‘Globe’ icon. 
The security level must not be above ‘Medium-high’. 
Select the ‘Connections’ tab and choose the ‘ISP’ if you use dial-up node, else click ‘Never dial a Connection’. 
Hit ‘OK’ and go to the ‘LAN Settings’. Uncheck ‘Use a Proxy Server’ and ‘Automatically detect settings’ must be selected. 
Click ‘OK’ and then ‘Advanced Tab’.
