What is Photoshop Elements?
Adobe Photoshop Elements is a powerful graphics editing software which contains many of Photoshop's digital imaging tools in a simple-to-use software, packed into a less-than-two-megabyte file, and with no monthly subscription fee or installation fees to pay.
Photoshop Elements differs from traditional Photoshop in that it's designed to be simpler, easier to use, less expensive and designed for consumers, hobbyists and photo editors.
The main difference between the free version and the full-featured one is that the free edition is limited to basic editing features, no non-destructive adjustment layers, and only one free brush.
