Determine the extension
There is the option to determine the extension of the file by looking at the file’s first line of text or the first few characters of its name. This is the feature that allows us to use the file types that are more specific and have smaller limitations, i.e.:

Text files are the most general of the file types. Any text file that does not use the.txt extension can be used with the ResourceExplorer.

Why We Need a Resource Explorer?
As everybody knows, to create an application you first have to have a valid.resx or.resources file and then use the resgen tool to generate an.resources file with the same name as your project, but now you have to add those.resources files to your project, and you are probably reading some post about how to write a.resx files to add more contents to your project or you are reading tutorials about how to generate a.resx file and so on.
An ideal.resx file is a.properties file that you can manage from VisualStudio without using the resgen tool.
