The screen
is divided into three panels: wallpaper, title and desktop. "Choose Picture"
button is visible on the right corner and set the background image to fit

panel is the workspace. Here you can organize all the icons.

"Change Color" button.

you'll see four icons. Click on the two leftmost buttons to change the
position of the icons on the window: move the button towards the right if
you want it to be placed on the left, and vice versa. As for the "Arrange
Icons" button, you can select the size, the color and the order,
with which the icons can be placed on the workspace. Clicking on "Apply"
brings you to the "Icons" menu, in which you can select any option.

Hover Offset Not Working Correctly
I'm having a weird problem where the hover offset is offsetting by 80px instead of 50px. This appears to be a chrome issue, because in Safari and FireFox, it works as expected. 
I've verified that the menu is set to overflow: hidden;.
