This minimalist application does what it says, without a doubt, even if more configuration options would come in handy to all of its users.
By Windows is already pretty configurable anyway but this tool can make tweaks that really save battery life and reduce the CPU load. I appreciate the simplicity of the interface. This is a tool that can save me time and I like it!
A program that just does its job. Unfortunately there's no option to customize the settings, so you'll have to restart the system to modify the power plan, display notifications, or control audio muting. Still, it does what you'd expect from it.
Aerofoil is probably one of the most useless freebie I've ever downloaded.
Installing this application was a cakewalk, and it doesn't take more than 10 minutes to fully configure it. But most of its features are useless in my opinion. I've used it and I've never noticed a difference in battery life.
It's nice to see that the developer is still working on the project so it has many bugs and no one had the time to fix them. For instance the application doesn't detect the HP Slim 6000 or the HP Slim 370. Another thing, the program would freeze quite often. I tried to fix these bugs, but this application is currently not working so I'd advise to wait for the next version.
