I am attempting to install this software on my PC. I am new to 3D modeling so I am really having a rough time with the installation. Is there any way I can get a step by step installation process for 3D modeling?
I am using plaxis 3d foundation 2.2 version 1.0.1

Sorry for the delay.
If you have downloaded the latest PLAXIS3D_Foundation_2.2.zip file, then you should use the.zip file to extract the code.
When you extract it to any place you want, you should see a folder "PLAXIS3D_Foundation_2.2"
Inside the folder you should see two sub folders: "Codes" and "Log".
You can refer to the codes in the "Codes" sub folder and log files in the "Log" sub folder.

To establish a human glioma cell line Hs683/GFP with green fluorescent protein (GFP) expression in order to further study the mechanism of human glioma carcinogenesis and provide a new experimental model. The whole genome of Hs683/GFP cell line was sequenced and compared with that of Hs683 cell line to determine whether there are any alternations. GFP expressing gene was transfected into Hs683 cells with liposome method. The expression of GFP in the cells was observed with fluorescence microscope and the GFP expressing rate was determined by using flow cytometry. Hs683/GFP cells could be obtained and it was stable in the cell and resistant to G418. It could be established that the whole genome of Hs683/GFP was no alternation with that of Hs683. The GFP expressing gene was transfected into Hs683 cells successfully. It was established that Hs683/GFP cell line was very stable.
