This is a program to keep certain windows always on top of others. It can be very handy when you have many windows opened, especially in computers with a small or very limited screen space. For example, in a browser it's great to have the text and the url lists always on top, while in a game you want to keep the status bar always visible. To keep an active window in a given state, just place your mouse pointer on the top or close part of that window for a while and the window will lock in a state, which you specify in the program settings.
The program supports auto-pin-on-top function, which pins automatically all the specified windows to the top of the screen, whenever this program is started. The auto-pin-on-top is a kind of "standby" mode, which deactivates all that windows that are "pinned". Auto-pin-on-top is deactivated by clicking the "Reset All Windows" button (the button looks like an "X") on the main window. The program provides hot-key support, which means that you can send a hot-key or a mouse click to pin the top of the windows or let the windows return to the previous state.
All the windows can be pinned to the top by dragging the "pin" cursor over them and placing the cursor on the top of the window. When the "pin" cursor is over the active window, the program will "lock" the window on the top; when the "pin" cursor is over a already pinned window, the program will "unlock" it and set it back to the top. The windows can be pinned to any part of the windows border: the top, left, right or bottom. It's quite easy: a window that you want to keep on top simply needs to be selected by placing your mouse cursor over it and holding the mouse button down while you drag the "pin" cursor over the border of that window.

STOP all other programs to show own program windows as TOP! A program like this would be always in TOP, which means the user never needs to activate that application manually. Instead it shows up at top of the taskbar when your mouse cursor is over that program icon. Then if you switch to another task then the TOP! program will remain on top as well.

SemTop! Activation Code also stores window class and app properties (like hotkey, favorites and so) for each program. You can use those values as parameters of other programs. For example you can set a hotkey for "always on top" program.
SemTop! will allow to use mouse keys for applications which have properties for alt-middle clicking.
When runstion becomes active and must go on top, it will work as a user defined shortcut, allowing you to set your own hotkey for that.
There is also a minimize to tray option which runs your winapps below the tray-bar when they are minimized.
You can also start a minimized window by clicking on its close-button or by double clicking on its program icon (the latter also deactivates the minimized window).

To prevent window from a specific application, or to have certain applications pinned to always be on top, you have to go to the Task Manager and disable "Show Window List" on each application that you want pinned to the taskbar.  Windows 7 taskbar can pin only one window at a time.
