I'm trying to access a database that I created in my visual studio solution, and I keep getting this error:
Cannot open connection for this database.
The database is hosted on my local IIS server, and I have no problems connecting to it via PHP, but I can't seem to connect via my.NET code.
I have my connection string in app.config:
    
And my constructor:
