I installed Advanced Sound Notification Crack Mac, and everything works fine, except for the incoming mail sound. It is sounding like incoming email sound, instead of the one set in the properties.
It does work with the other ones, but it's just a little distracting to have a sound every time something comes in, instead of only when the email arrives. Maybe there is an option to change the sound, so that it's only played for the mail, instead of every notification?
I have just updated to the latest version, 2.3.0-2.
For all other notifications, sound alerts work fine, so I'm not sure what's wrong with just the mail sounds.

I've actually done more work on the sound notifications than I'd planned.
When I first got the idea of implementing sound notifications I intended for there to be two different sound options.
One that could be set to a momentary on and off sound, like a light switch.
And one that could be set to different sound files, so that a particular sound is played for a specific event.
Since then I've decided to just go with the first option. The sound notifications just aren't really useful if they're always played or never played.
On the other hand, I decided to play all of the sounds on a slight delay, so that you'll hear all of them that come in at the same time.
So if you'd like to hear what sound is being played at a particular time use the "Set Notification Timer" option.

Uninstalling UpnPd
Check if you have this program on your system and remove it if it is installed.

Verify the installation of UPnPd-PLUS
Check which version of UPnPd-PLUS you have installed by running this command.

If your package is NOT installed, run this command to install it.
sudo apt-get install upnp-daemon-plus
To remove it if it is already installed.
sudo apt-get purge upnp-daemon-plus
To install latest UPnPd version
Visit  and update the package by clicking on "Download the latest stable version of UPnPd" link.
After downloading, extract the package contents to the directory where you want to install the executable.
sudo dpkg -x upnp-daemon-plus-3.0.22_i386.deb /usr/local/upnp-daemon-plus/
Check if the installation was successful.
sudo dpkg -l upnp-daemon-plus | grep "^ii"
To run the program type this command in a shell.
/usr/local/upnp-daemon-plus/upnpd-server
If you did not install the package, you can also download the latest official package from the Web site.
How to use UpnPd
Enter this command to start the daemon.
/usr/local/upnp-daemon-plus/upnpd-server
If you want to stop it, run this command
