The left GUI contains the following options, as shown in the figure below:

Open the Program (Windows Forms) and select the "File/Open" option to open an XML file created by "Kinect Skeleton Recorder".

Ok, here's the reason I started the project in the first place. I was having problems getting the skeleton data out of Kinect to work in.NET. One of the first steps was to capture the data to a file and then I noticed that all of the research I was finding was for the newer Kinect SDK, which was late in the process. I could find nothing about recording the data with.NET. It was when I found the Skeleton Recorder that I knew I could make this happen.
