I'm thinking about Negative Capability and how it connects to Lingering at the point of wonder.  Neg. capability is the opposite of what we're always after in school...the right answer, the quick response.  NC really is so important, but if we're measuring education though pacing guides and how quickly and correctly our students move to the end of what we tell them to finish, that seems to me to be a poor measure of an education.  Maybe such a measure is good for the business world where Time is Money, but it's a poor way to gauge for human growth and understanding.  It assumes the world is full of right answers and I find that ridiculous when you consider that people are the worlds biggest problems (in that we are difficult to solve) and when you look at just how messed up things remain, even though we seem to know far more "right" answers than we did before.
