Early Registration for 2021/2022 school Year has started!!! Dolores Gonzales is now accepting Pre-K and Kindergarten new student registrations! 
Parents and Guardians; if you have a Returning or NEW, Dolores Gonzales student/s, please read the following directions…
 1.Log in to Parent VUE:https://mystudentlogin.aps.edu or on the ParentVUE App. (If you need help accessing your existing Parent VUE please contact 505 764-2020 ext. 21100) 
 2. Select the OLR (Online Registration) make sure to click the 2021/2022 school year. 
Complete and submit next year's online registration you will be able to update any contact information, emergency contact list, as well as health updates, among other important information. 
Please NOTE:
If you have an existing transfer, your transfer shall rollover automatically and no additional documents shall be required, yet not necessary, only updating is required if applicable. 
If you are in our district you will need to submit address verification, this may be 2 current utility bills, or mortgage statement, or lease/rental agreements, or an address verification form, family living with family, which must be notarized by the home owner and parent or guardian along with utility bills under home owner name. 
 
* If you have 2 or more APS students the online registration will complete for ALL, with this process, all registrations shall be completed with one submission. 
*If you have a new student to add to the registration (usually a PK or K younger sibling) this is an easy and fast way to add and have all children linked in one Parent VUE.  
* If you have a NEW kinder student that was with Dolores Gonzales in PK a transfer must be submitted by going to APS.edu/transfers with your student ID number, 
  it is VERY IMPORTANT YOU SUBMIT THE TRANSFER with dual language to get the transfers approved more efficiently.
 
Please follow the below instructions to complete your NEW to APS, new student Online Registration...
1. Go to:  https://mystudentlogin.aps.edu
2. Click: I AM A PARENT
3. Find the: CREATE NEW ACCOUNT tab
4. Find the: ACTIVATE ACCOUNT

 Dolores Gonzales está aceptando inscripciones de nuevos estudiantes de Pre-K y Kindergarten! Padres y Tutores; si usted tiene un estudiante que regresa o nuevo, Dolores Gonzales, por favor lea las siguientes instrucciones...
 1.Ingrese a Parent VUE: https://mystudentlogin.aps.edu o en la aplicación ParentVUE.
(Si usted necesita ayuda para acceder a su actual Parent VUE por favor contacte al 505 764-2020 ext. 21100)
 2. Seleccione el OLR (Registro en línea) asegúrese de hacer clic en el año escolar 2021/2022. Complete y envíe el registro en línea del próximo año usted podrá actualizar cualquier información de contacto, lista de contactos de emergencia, así como actualizaciones de salud, entre otra información importante.
Por favor, tenga en cuenta:
Si usted tiene un traslado existente, su traslado se prorrogará automáticamente y no se requerirán documentos adicionales, sin embargo, no es necesario, sólo se requiere la actualización si es aplicable.
Si usted reside en nuestro distrito tendrá que presentar la verificación de la dirección, esto puede ser 2 facturas de servicios públicos actuales, o la declaración de la hipoteca, o los acuerdos de arrendamiento / alquiler, o un formulario de verificación de la dirección, la familia que vive con la familia, que debe ser notariado por el propietario de la casa y el padre o tutor, junto con las facturas de servicios públicos bajo el nombre del propietario de la casa.
*Si tiene 2 o más estudiantes de APS la inscripción en línea se completará para TODOS, con este proceso, todas las inscripciones se completarán con un solo envío.
*Si usted tiene un nuevo estudiante para agregar a la inscripción (generalmente un hermano menor de PK o K) esta es una manera fácil y rápida de agregar y tener a todos los niños vinculados en un solo Parent VUE. 
* Si usted tiene un nuevo estudiante de kinder que estaba con Dolores Gonzales en PK un traslado debe ser sometida yendo a APS.edu/transfers con su número de identificación de estudiante,
   es MUY IMPORTANTE QUE PRESENTE EL TRASLADO con el lenguaje dual para que los traslados sean aprobadas más eficientemente.

2. Hacer clic en: SOY PADRE
3. Dirigirse a: CREAR NUEVA CUENTA
4. Encontrar la pestaña ACTIVAR CUENTA
