Macon-Bibb Commission Committee 3/14/23

During its Committee of the Whole meeting Tuesday, the Macon-Bibb County Commission approved new water safety rules for Amerson Water Park, considered several liquor licenses including for two new downtown Macon businesses. Commissioners also learned how the solar power project works with Cherry Street Energy, which gave a presentation at the start of the meeting. Commissioners also allocated American Rescue Plan Act funds for food service distribution, accepted a grant for the Emergency Management Agency and approved a contract for the District Attorney's RISE initiative for youth.
