2. Double click the ScanAndSave icon.
3. In the “Add a Scan” window, you can specify the location on your PC, the scans you want to convert and the folder name where your scans are saved, scanned and saved. Note: You cannot edit the scan order in the Add a Scan window.

Disco-Scan is a multi-language software designed to scan and to extract your documents from their original folder (or storage media).
You can select the language for the displayed results that you prefer. The program also knows all the mime type (image, text, audio, video, program, multimedia, etc...) of the scanned documents. As there are different mime types of each language (en.txt, es.txt, fr.txt, etc...), for each language you have to select the mime type of the documents that you want to extract.
You also have the possibility to define a category where you can save the result and more information about the scanned document.
You can also select the extracted documents in folder and what you want to do with them: you can delete them, modify them (add, remove and modify text, format them, resize, etc...), move them to a different folder (where you want to save it), and so on.
You can also select the scanning mode that you want to use for the documents, depending on their size. And there's also a possibility to recover the original documents from the text file after extraction.
