Musition Torrent Download is a great app, but I have a problem with a lesson, where the player is missing and I have to guess. It sounds like this:
2 - 0 - 1 - 2
What does it mean?
1. 2nd clef second staff
2. 1st staff first clef
3. 2nd staff second clef
4. C - C - C
I am guessing it is 3rd clef G, first staff.
Can any help in determining which it is?
I was wondering how to properly use this software, I have a sudden interest in learning music theory. I'm a total beginner. I really wish to understand how to create good songs.
I am reading a lot of sites which say that you should start with the "B" part of a song, and the "A" part is the part you add in. That means that a song should start with a chord progression and end with a progression. On the other hand, I see how a song may start with just a piece of a chord progression, and then just end with the same progression. So, I was wondering: where are the chord progressions generally placed in a song?
By the way, I would like to know the best way to learn from this app, and how to learn songs. I had a good idea of what I'm looking for in this regard: songs with chord progressions and/or keys, but I don't know if I'm doing it in the correct way.
