ListMan Pro is a user friendly software to manage a list of email addresses.

ListMan Pro supports subclasses, allowing you to add an additional field to your address.
ListMan Pro will duplicate your address correctly, e.g. if you have an address with three parts, then this software will create a new address with the surname,address1 and address2 then link them correctly.
ListMan Pro will also show you the current amount of addresses for your subclasses, which you can save or print.
You can even call up a pre-formatted report which includes all the above and more.

This program will help you to manage your lists of email addresses. Load in a list and the program will remove duplicates, find specific addresses, save an amount of addresses as a text file or a comma delimited file ready for pasting into your favourite email program.
Program can handle huge lists. Simply load a second list to append it to the first. The list is always arranged alphabetically.
ListMan Pro Options:
The following options are selectable in the Options dialog box. To access this, click the Options button on the Main Window or the Window menu.
Sort List By Address:
Check or Uncheck the box to sort your list alphabetically, numerically or reverse alphabetically. You can change the Sort By option by clicking on the arrows next to it.
Show Raw Data:
Check the box to display the unprocessed data when you copy the address to the clipboard.
Check or Uncheck the box to send your list as a text file (.txt) or comma separated list (.csv) when you save it to the clipboard. You can change the Save As type by clicking on the arrows next to it.
ListMan Pro Tips:
The program can handle huge lists, simply add another in a list and you can append them all together as an importable list. Simply drag and drop the two lists onto the main program window and then click 'Save List'.
When saving your list, the program can save only a file or a text file (.txt) or a comma separated file (.csv). It is not possible to save a column separated file (.csv), however, the program does save an unprocessed file. The unprocessed file is required when adding new addresses to the list.
