Once you are prompted to enter the password for your QuickBooks admin account, click the I forgot my password option.
Now you will get a list of emails added to your QuickBooks account, which you can see by expanding the drop-down.
Select the one on which you want to receive the password reset link.
Now check your email’s primary, junk, and spam folder for the password reset link.
Now enter the code that you have received in your email in QuickBooks as the password reset code.
Create a new password that you will use as your admin password from now on.

Click the Company tab and select the Set Up Users and Password option.
