Version 0.0.1 is available on Lomiri.org. After this work was done we also updated old  models to the latest version.
This work is a continuation of the already mentioned  modelling improvements: [@LeGG-2014-VCCQE], [@Verbeek-2015-EC-UFS], [@Wolke-2015-Survey]. Also,  version included here was built with the new  tool. Another new feature of the current release of the software is the support of modelling of chemical samples. The  modelling features support rapid modeller integration to work with chemical data. Also, we included many new  models from the current  database. The database size increased since the publication of the last version. The full content of the database is available at:   has a convenient and intuitive  platform for chemical data processing. Also, the user can immediately preview the result of the modeller integration and  tools.
The majority of the  code, in fact, was created by one  modeller. The release includes almost all main chemical operations:  modelling, internal and external connectivity,  trimming,  counting, and chemical elements management. The front end is an enhanced version of the  package. The  has some new features, like: internal class-based structure editor, chemical data representations by  packages, GML chemical editor, grid visualisation, data visualisation,   output, and many small improvements of the user interface.
The  model store is an own database built on top of  engine [@LeGG-2016-LEGAL]. This is an extension to the  [@LaGG-2017-LEGAL]. It contains six databases:  models,,,  user controls, and the integrated  tool. The integration of all these databases makes the modeller’s work easier.
The  framework has a few new features. One of the most important is the internal chemistry editor. Another new feature is the  generator. This tool can be used to create a modeller from a given PDB file. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first time such tool is provided in a free and open source chemical modeller.
