WHAT'S NEW:
1) UTR-Finder has been updated to version 2.0. The new feature allows users to find 5' UTR of translated genes, in addition to the current feature of 5' UTR detections.
2) New Function: Splice Finder for Spliced Sequence Alignments

4) Spelling Correction for data import.
5) Bug fixed for data import.

8) Nucleotide Aligner has been updated to version 2.0. It shows 10x more coverage of alignment search for less computation time.
9) The low level algorithm has been improved to adapt to new method of input sequence/genome data. This change is not covered in this vesion update but we plan to improve this next time.

Splign Activation Code is a tool to align cDNA to Genomic sequences, it can align cDNA to one or more genomic regions, it can be used as either a Bi-directional or a uni-directional tool.
A Bi-directional tool is used when more than one transcript of a gene (splice form) is already assembled. It performs both uni-directional alignment of cDNA to one portion of a gene or one gene to other portion of a gene.
A uni-directional tool is used to align a single cDNA sequence to one portion of a gene or a gene to other portion of a gene.
Splign Crack performs alignments to genomic regions that can have many different combinations of known or novel genes. options:
-c : It is used to specify the cds file to be mapped and used for splign. If no cds file is specified then splign will automatically look in current working directory for a cds.fasta file.
-d : It is used to specify the directory where the alignments are to be stored, if no directory is specified then the current working directory will be used. If no directory is specified, the alignments are saved in the standard alignment output file format (Splign_name.faa). This gives the ability to align to multiple transcripts, one transcript at a time.
-i : It is used to specify the cds file to be aligned to
