Creating Users:
The system accepts web site visitors, who come and log in as 'users'.
There are 5 types of user:
Tutor
Administrator
Super Administrator
Moderator
Other User
You can choose which user type a specific user will automatically be assigned.
Creating new users is very simple and can be done on the Admin Settings page.
Users can be added through the Admin Settings page as well.
Adding Users:
1- Go to the Admin Settings page.
2- Click Users on the left side.
3- Click the New User button to add a new user.
Note that you can only add a maximum of 100 users.
4- Click the Title field to enter the name of the new user.
5- Click the Edit User button to edit the properties of the new user.
Here you can enter the following information about the new user:
UUID The unique identifier of the new user.
Username The username of the new user.
Email Address The email address of the new user.
Password The password of the new user.
Nickname The nickname of the new user.
Click Save & Go to the next step.
Creating Groups
Creating Groups:
The system allows groups of users to be created on the Admin Settings page.
A group can be used to allow users to communicate with one another through the messaging system.
To create a new group, click the Groups button on the left side of the page.
The system will then display the Create Group page.
On this page you can enter the following information about the new group:
Groupname The name of the group.
Visible By Default The users belonging to this group will be visible by default on the Admin Settings page and also can be listed on the Admin Users page.

Click Save & Go to the next step.
Creating Rooms
Creating Rooms:
You can also create rooms in the system.
A room is a chat forum where you can hold live conferences or meetings and also schedule your own chat events.
To create a room, click the Rooms button on the left side of the page.
The system will then display the Create Room page.
On this page you can enter the following information about the new room:
Title The title of the room.
Description The description of the room.
