This summary of the cardiology virtual event builds on methods explained in a summary of day one of the event, using a complete NodeXL extract obtained on May 18 2021.  
Tweets were searched for mention of the @ACPGBI event earlier in the week which had used the #ACC2021 hashtag, but there was no overlap between events after May 14 2021. Further tweets were excluded before starting the analysis: 2 tweets about the African Code Challenge, 1 tweet about sports coaching and 3 about an unrelated media event.
There were 6,710 tweets posted between May 15 and May 17 inclusive (UTC) using either the official #ACC21 or unofficial #ACC2021 hashtags, or mentioning or replying to the @ACCinTouch Twitter account. These tweets, posted by 1,526 tweeters, received a total of 21,616 retweets. Overall 4,944 (73.7%) of these tweets used the #ACC21 hashtag, 177 (2.6%) used the #ACC2021 hashtag but not the #ACC2021 hashtag, and 1,589 (23.7%) tweets did not use either hashtag. In total 128 (8.3%) tweeters received 80% of retweets while 661 (43.3%) tweeters received no retweets. 
Of the selected tweets from the 3 days of the event (n=225 tweets), 195 (86.6%) used the #ACC21 hashtag, 8 (3.6%) used the #ACC2021 hashtag and 22 (9.8%) used neither hashtag. The graph below shows that retweets using the #ACC21 hashtag were most likely to be retweeted. 
The top 30 tweeters from the 3 days of the event, by retweets received are showed in the table. 
To achieve a balance of content across the 3 days of the event, and material shared in advance and following the event, the following inclusion criteria were applied to select the 246 tweets listed below (from 109 tweeters):
Initial search without filtering for hashtag (mainly used official #ACC21 hashtag):
Tweets with at least 20 retweets on first two days of event   
May 15 2021: n=75 tweets
May 16 2021: n=63 tweets
Tweets with at least 15 retweets on the final day of event
May 17 2021: n=63 tweets
Search for #ACC2021 and tweets without either #ACC21 or #ACC2021
Tweets with at least 10 retweets on any day of the event
May 15 2021: n=7 tweets
May 16 2021: n=11 tweets
May 17 2021: n=6 tweets
Unfiltered search for day before and after event, regardless of hashtag used   
Tweets with at least 20 retweets on either day
May 14 2021: n=13 tweets (these tweets were selected from posts retweeted between May 15- May 18 - NodeXL retrieves full information about posts retweeted during the period of the extract)
May 18 2021: n=8  tweets

For posterity (as Twitter has strict time limits for availability of data) I have also saved: 
NodeXL searches for #CardioTwitter
hashtags commonly used in ACC21 related tweets (e.g. #ACCIC)
and tweets that used "ACC.21" without any of these other hashtags (a mixed bag of tweets, but some clearly related to the ACC virtual event)
Data from these searches could be included in a more detailed analysis.
