The application is simple to use and has the ability to do various
branches so your program can control your LEDs however you
want.

How to use:
When you download the OCX file, the folder will contain a picture of the 7 LED set. You can view and resize the picture by right clicking on it and selecting full screen.
Just drop the OCX file into your application into the "Plugins" folder.
If you also download the VC Root from the same site, then you can drop the OCX file into the folder that it is in, and then drop the VC Root into your software.
How to use.
Drop the two files into your application and you will be good to go.
The program requires 7 bit or 8 bit communication.
NOTE: The 7 Segment LED display is a very primitive display. The LED's are just painted on the actual
lcd screen, there is no attempt to number the individual segments.
NOTE: If you upload a 32 bit program, the 32 bit driver will not allow this.
NOTE: If you upload a 64 bit program, then a warning will appear about having to change the driver, but you can still use the program without changing anything.
NOTE: If you upload a 64 bit program, then this will not work.
NOTE: The 24 bit driver causes the program to stop working.
Runtime Warning: When you first start the program you will see a warning appear and be asked if you want to continue. This is a standard Windows dialog box. After you select OK, the program will work.

You can set the number of digits to display on each segment and an indice to start displaying from (see Example). This must be the first component to load in the form (otherwise the form will not be displayed)

So it is possible to have different sized digits, like 0000 to 9999 which will look like they are on a line (see example above)
Color - If this is checked, the number will be drawn in a different color
The 7 segment LED Control OCX may be used with the 3164 or 3164-II TFT controller

To install, use the included install_7SegStepper.b8. Zip file.
Usage Example:
SHow the default OCX properties, then create your own form, there are two properties in the form, one is NumOfDigits, which will affect the size of the segments and the other is LEDnumber, which will affect what number is displayed.
You must set both properties before you use the control (otherwise the form will not be displayed)
1) Include this component in your form (Before the other components)
2) Set NumOfDigits to the number of digits you want
But to start from 1 in the sample above you would have to set.LEDnumber to 1 and.NumOfDigits to 3,
