This is a free program made in PHP to synchronize files and content of a website with a local directory.
The files are updated recursively from the source directory. Files modified or added are also uploaded to the website.
Files are updated by:

￭ File's content
￭ Media type (image, html...)

Comments:
The program allows to synchronize files present in a local directory to a website by appending those files to the
website with "file" type attachments.
The program allows to create a new directory for website content, and the program will add the updated content to the
website using a file type attachment for existing files.
The program allows to compare files by age, content or by modification time. The modification time is obtained from the
HTTP headers of the file.
If the modification time is the same then the file is sent to the website. The program keeps a backup copy of the files.
If the file is accessed by a user which is not the owner of the file, then a notification will be sent to the owner of the
file and if the owner of the file approves then the file will be saved to the backup directory.
Notes:
This program is not compatible with certain file types. To avoid problems, the program aborts automatically if any
file type is incompatible with the program and a notice will be displayed if the user attempts to save the
incompatible file.
Please note that the program cannot merge different files or directory if you do not use a backup directory.
