Hi, can someone help please. I have a problem with the Clips app on win 8.1. It wont seem to work. Every time I copy a text into the clipboard, I click on a text file to view it, and then it wont let me paste the text into the new file.

I'm using the Clips app on my tablet. But when I want to paste some items like texts into an opened document and I am not in a Google account or I don't have any attachment attached with the clipboard, I get the error "Pasting not enabled." So, please how can I paste the items without any attachment or permissions attached to them?
I've installed Clips as I didn't like the native Windows clipboard. I find it much better. I was a bit concerned about the "Copy to USB" feature because if you remove your USB you lose your clips.
I've a little problem with Clips.
When I press ctrl + C to paste a text to notepad then go ctrl + V, when I return to Clips I got a new line at the begining of the text but with the clipboard text, and the new line is in the end of the text.
So, if I want to paste several lines without those lines on the begining of the text I have to copy the text and paste it into a notepad so I can paste it as a whole
