Macon-Bibb Committee Meeting Jan. 26, 2021

Mayor Lester Miller and county commissioners hired a firm to oversee Walker Road Landfill operation and closure plus design five convenience centers for dumping large items, discussed jail conditions with Sheriff David Davis, renewed Centreplex management, approved new members of local boards and discussed new ways to tackle blight during the Committee of the Whole meeting. All actions require final vote Feb. 2.
