A good start
It has been wonderful to have all of our year groups back on site this week. The excitement on Monday morning, amongst staff and students, was palpable. We have quickly slipped back into our routines and the students and staff, as usual, have adapted seamlessly to their return. I am sure there were some who were anxious about returning and we will continue to focus on everyone's wellbeing. To celebrate, we staged and impromptu Ice Cream Social in Primary classes and as students departed the school in Secondary.
One of the additional benefits to the lifting of the restrictions has been the reinstatement of our full range of ECA clubs. This will be followed next week by the reopening of the school pool. I know Mrs Tron and Mrs Kovacs are extremely excited to be able to start our swimming lessons and clubs again. Please do make sure your child has their swimming kit with them from next Monday 17th May.
