And finally..............

Alongside our intrepid team of Britannica runners storming their own 2.3km Fun Run Marathon this weekend, the full length Budapest marathon takes place. No-one has ever run the 26mile, 385 yard (42.2 KM) distance officially in under 2 hours, however, a new record was set just over a week ago!
The current world record time for men over the distance is 2 hours 1 minute and 09 seconds , set in the Berlin Marathon by Eliud Kipchoge of Kenya on 25 September 2022, an improvement of 30 seconds over the previous record also set in the Berlin Marathon by Eliud Kipchoge, on 16 September 2018. But just how fast is this and could you keep up?
