In this webinar, we share the main features of the new version of the XILS 3 Product Key plugin. This powerful music software plugin emulates the Synthi ( VCS 3 ) modular synthesizer, and adds an emulation of the 256 analog sequencer.
The Synthi is a two-voice synthesizer modular system derived from the classic ARP 2600 synthesizer.
It contains a total of 100 modules, available to be played as-is or inserted in a layer for modular synthesis.
All these modules communicate with 2 routable vectorscanners.
And that's not all, we added a second matrix, with 3 additional envelopes, 1 LFO, 2 detailed samples and hold module, and 2 voltage-based processors, one complementary to the synthesizer and the other to the sequencer.
And, just as in XILS2, if you have a JSYS now you can get this software plugin and you can play and program by yourself the VCS 3 classic.
Also, as previously mentioned, the XILS 3 is packed with hundreds of possible connections.
All these connections are now controlled by clicking on any connection of the plugin.
With the new matrix layout, the XILS 3 will surely become a very powerful synth in the future.
A fundamental difference to XILS 2 is the extra number of connections per patch, which will give you more freedom and opportunities for new sounds.
For instance, you can add a detailed sample and hold module to sample the sequencer, make your own voltage-controlled oscillators with the LFO and the two 8-step voltage-scanners, make your own pitch-bend controller with an envelope follower, make the XILS 3 a Ring Modulator, a Feedback Modulator, add a spectral delay with a PWM signal from the LFO, etc.
By adding these extra modules to the XILS 3, its possibilities and the extreme amount of possible variations will grow exponentially.

Amongst the many modules of this software synth, you can insert up to 100 modules, some of which are basic modules, for instance :
On / Off Module: turn ON or OFF the module without changing its parameters
Level / Panning Module: allows you to control the level and/or the panning level.
Pitch / Modules: allows you to change the pitch of the module

Two people were killed in an automobile accident Tuesday night, November 4 in southeast Galesburg.
The accident occurred at the intersection of 19th Street and Poplar Grove Road, just east of US-34. Illinois State Police said a 1998 red Toyota was westbound on US-34 (Poplar Grove Road) when it crossed the center line and crashed into a 1995 Honda. The Toyota had a green light and the Honda had a red light.
The occupants of the Honda were identified as Heather Davis, 18, of Dale and Brandi Hudgins, 24, of Mt. Carroll. The Honda was owned by Hudgins’ mother. Both occupants were transported by Ambulance Service of Knox County to Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Galesburg for treatment. Davis died at the hospital and Hudgins died from her injuries on the way. Hudgins was a firefighter and EMT for Knox County EMS. Her husband was not present at the scene.
