GloboFleet CC is a data archiving program for wheeled vehicles, that automatically archives the data on driver cards according to specific categories. The data are archived according to prescribed formats and are presented and analyzed in the GloboFleet software (GloboFleet Card Control).
GloboFleet CC is suitable for any vehicle type, for wheeled vehicles only.
The driver cards are preferably placed in the vehicle but can be placed on any device with Internet connection. A safe connection can be optionally established. A data connection is not required.
GloboFleet CC is web-based and accessible via web browser.
The maximum time for collection of data is four years, although it is generally recommended to archive the data for a longer period in order to be able to analyze data over a longer period.
Access to data stored
The GloboFleet software is entirely web-based. The data on the driver card in GloboFleet is accessible on the Internet. The data are accessible and the data can be exported to file formats:
SaaS-approach - as a web service, so there is no need to manage the servers, no need for additional equipment and the technical personnel for the provision of the services.
Cloud - is accessed using a web browser and the data are stored on a cloud storage account.
Approach SaaS is suited to low-volume users, who require fast and simple access to the data in their vehicle.
Approach Cloud is suited for medium-volume users, who store data on a cloud account with a large storage capacity and a large processing capacity and who have highly fluctuating data volumes.
Importing information
The data can be imported from a CSV or a DBF file. The file format is uploaded to a folder on the GloboFleet software. The GloboFleet software reads the data automatically and presents the information in the GloboFleet software.
Imported data cannot be used for storage of information that is not compatible with the data standard. To do that, the data must be converted to the relevant format and then converted back to a format that is compatible with the Archival Driver control system.
Exporting information
The data can be exported to a file in a number of file formats, which are compatible with the GloboFleet control system.
