Using the inclusion of the TAPI implementation of the COM, and its support for 3-way call functionality, it's possible to use VoiceGuide as a standalone dialer application. Using a TAPI COM object it will dial the telephone number of your choice, wait for it to answer, play back the ringback tone and then pass the call on to the next phone number in the list, repeating the whole process until the call is answered, disconnected or the user decides to end the call.
Using VoiceGudie for TAPI allows communication with any telephone system that uses the TAPI standard. This includes most systems running Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows NT, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2003 and above.
