What examples of AI can we find in every day life? 
-         Robots, autonomous vehicles, Alexa, face recognitions, weather forecast, bank calls for sudden higher charges on our credit cards, medical scans, chatbots, crime stats, social media, art created by AI, fake news, www.thispersondoesnotexist.com, Google Translate, autojournalism... 
AI is already here and affects our everyday lives, but we don't notice them, robotics is only one application of it. It is also being applied in education. 
Definition of AI: computer systems that have been designed to interact with the world through capabilities (for example, visual perception and speech recognition) and intelligent behaviours (for example, assessing the available information and then taking the most sensible action to achieve a stated goal) that we would think of as essentially human (Bostrom, 2016) (Luckin, Holmes, Forcier, Griffiths, 2016)
