Open Subfolder is a free and useful contextual menu extension that adds the ability to open a folder located inside of the currently selected folder.
To use the extension, select a folder and open the contextual menu for it. (Control-click for Mac OS. Right-click for Windows.) If the selected folder contains one or more folders, these folders will be listed in a submenu attached to a new menu item in the contextual menu entitled "Open Subfolder".
In addition, if those folders listed also contain folders, their menu items will also have submenus attached containing a list of folders contained within them. If you select one of those menu items, the folder with that name will be opened on the desktop.

Open Subfolder makes it easy to open a folder within the currently selected folder.
When clicked, the folder is opened as a new window.
NOTE: The destination folder must be already selected. If the "open in new window" option is selected, the window is opened at the target folder, not the source folder.

NOTE: You can use the Open Subfolder options below to tell Open Subfolder when to launch.
1. When selected as an open option, do nothing (like when you use the default right-click menu context menu to open a folder).
2. Select Open In New Window to always launch with the selected folder as a new window.
3. Select Open In New Browser Window to launch with the selected folder as a new browser window.
4. Select Open In New Web View to always launch with the selected folder as a web view window.
5. Select Open In New System Folder to always launch with the selected folder as a new system folder.
6. Select Open In New Tab to always launch with the selected folder as a new tab.
8. Select Open In New Sub-Folder to always launch with the selected folder as a new sub-folder.
9. Select Open In New Window With Properties to open the selected folder in a new window, and open all folders contained within the selected folder in a new browser window.

Open Subfolder opens the folder specified in the context menu.
Before the context menu options are shown, there will be a submenu of folders (if the item is a folder) or a sub-folder (if it's a sub-folder) with the name of the folder.
When clicking the folder name in the context menu, the folder will be opened and its content will be displayed.
