As of the 26th, iTunes Media Device Support will be added to the Universal Windows Platform (UWP) version of Media Player. To install iTunes, follow these instructions.
Up to version 17.1.5, PowerDVD is capable of playing iTunes videos, but not iTunes Music. If you have iTunes installed on your computer, you may connect an Apple device that contains iTunes media to your PowerDVD with the following two steps: In the main PowerDVD interface, choose 'New' to create a new playlist.
Choose the 'Choose from iTunes library' option. In the dialog box that appears, select the iTunes library you want to add.
The video from the selected iTunes library will be added to the new playlist. If you close the dialog box before the playlist is finished, you can open it later.
Note: If you do not have a connected device with iTunes media, you can also use iTunes to search your computer for media files. To do so, go to iTunes > Preferences > General and set the Search iTunes in this way: For all type, type the iTunes library you want to search into the Text field.
After you're done, PowerDVD will search for the tracks, images and videos in the iTunes library you have chosen. Note: If you have a PowerDVD version older than PowerDVD R15, please upgrade to PowerDVD R16 to have the full functionality.
Also note that, if you are using a Thunderbolt device, you need to choose a type of PC in the Window configuration for the connection to PowerDVD. Otherwise, it may fail to load iTunes Media.

You will need to format your iPod, iPhone, iPad or Apple TV device for use with iTunes, then follow these steps. For iPod, iPhone, and iPad: Plug your device into your computer and turn off your device. This turns off the device, so no music is being played.
Open iTunes. Select your device from the menu on the left, and click the 'Summary' tab at the top of the window.
Click the 'Options' button, select 'Change', and then choose 'Convert to iPod' from the drop-down menu.
