I am using Moo0 System Closer 64bit for some time now, and it has never failed to turn off my Vista 64bit on my PC. I have been using it since v1.2 and up to now (had ~4 of 5 updates) with 100% success.
I get around 10-15 power saving functions each day and it never forced me to use the re-boot.
So I don't want to say to reinstall, but maybe get the latest one? It is not too heavy?

The cons are just that:
1. The software doesn't support multi language, so the UI is a little bit confusing. And the options are just basic, so no scheduling options.
2. Users who already have another utility for manual power management will not like this tool, as it doesn't allow to be triggered from the Windows Classic GUI.
3. The total installation size of the app is only about 33 MB after its installation.
