Updates from the Finance office
 Our finance team are working hard to keeping things running smoothly at this time.  Below are some points of clarification relating to various items:
Lunch refund
We will send another letter about the lunch money refund (as soon as we know the full time of school closure) and ask who wishes us to transfer the refund and we will ask for the bank details from those parents. Otherwise, parents will receive a credit note, which they can deduct from next year’s tuition fee. To implement this process, we would like to ask parents for patience, so gradually we can get in touch with everyone. Please note that there are a range of prices for lunches across the school and the refund received will be in line with the prices for the year group of your child(ren)
Next year's tuition fee billing arrangements
The finance department will also be sending a letter regarding next year's tuition fee billing - with the option to choose the single payment lump sum discounted tuition fee (please see previous communication about fees for the amount and details). Should you wish to choose this option, parents will need to indicate this in writing to the finance department by the 14th June 2020. 
Invoices will then be issued in line with the option chosen, ie either one installment or three installments. All one-off installments need to be paid by August 15th 2020 to qualify for the discounted fee.
Leaving and Year 13 graduating students
The deposit can only be fully refunded once all school owned items and text books are returned to the school and been cleared by the librarian, any outstanding exam and tuition fees are paid and for non Year 13 leavers,  notice was received in line with the 90 day notice period. We are considering how these conditions can be fulfilled should the school premises remain closed and will provide a further up date once there is further information.
